General
Zypply is a B2B commerce platform that simplifies global trade by connecting buyers with verified suppliers. We provide secure escrow payments, order management, invoicing, and cross-border settlement — all in one place.
Zypply is built for businesses of all sizes that buy or sell goods globally — importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. If you deal with cross-border B2B transactions, Zypply is for you.

Accounts & Verification
Visit our sign-up page and create an account with your email. You'll then be guided through our KYC/KYB verification process to activate your account for transactions.
KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) verification ensures that all users on the platform are legitimate businesses. This protects you from fraud and is required by financial regulations. You'll need to provide government ID, proof of address, and business documentation.
Most verifications are completed within 24–48 hours. In some cases, additional documentation may be required, which could extend the process by a few days.
Payments & Escrow
When a buyer makes a payment, the funds are held securely in escrow by Zypply. The supplier ships the goods, and once the buyer confirms receipt and is satisfied, the funds are released to the supplier. This protects both parties in every transaction.
We support bank transfers (ACH/wire), credit and debit cards, and select digital payment methods. Available methods may vary by region and currency.
Fees depend on your plan and transaction type. We charge a small percentage on escrow transactions and offer tiered subscription plans for additional features. Full details are available on our Pricing page.
Zypply supports major global currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, and many more. Currency conversion is handled automatically at competitive exchange rates.
Disputes & Support
If you experience an issue, you can open a dispute through the platform. Our team will review the case, mediate between both parties, and determine the fair outcome — including potential refund from escrow. See our Dispute Resolution page for details.
